In our wholeness we are Infinite and complete, though in this life expression consciousness is also learning how to more skillfully utilize the power of intention, as this human expression could be considered to be a vehicle and instrument of intention. Intention can at times be more conscious and more fully directed by the light of Spirit, or it can be more unconscious and directed by more unconscious behavior patterns. Therefore for more conscious intention to be possible, meditation (ie. nurturing the connection with the inner Light of Awareness) is key. Also it is perhaps worth noting, having intention is different than having expectation.
One could say intention is a focus and a directing of energy, which also allows for an organic flow, adaptability, and presence within that focus. Whereas with expectation one becomes more tightly bound into an idea of how things should be unfolding, which more often than not, results in some sort of frustration and disappointment when things appear to be playing out differently. Therefore in navigating this life dance, perhaps it is wisest to learn how to utilize positive and constructive intentions, without falling into the trap of expectation.

Levels of Understanding
Much of what is written on this page is not so much for the mind, as it is for the Heart. Therefore to more fully understand what these words are pointing to, the understanding must happen and occur at a deeper level which is largely an unspoken, non-conceptual kind of knowing. This is the tricky thing about speaking of an understanding that transcends mind and intellect. If one only utilizes the mind to analyze and try to understand what is spoken of, then one will be limited to only the concepts of the mind.
Take for instance the word ‘wholeness’. This is a word sometimes used as a pointer referring to one’s essential nature, or the essential reality of existence. Though if one doesn’t have the direct experience and knowing of this ‘wholeness’ then the term wholeness becomes limited to the idea of some kind of wholeness of form, or of personality, and so on. Though in reality, the wholeness that is spoken of is not bound to any form, to time, or space, and therefore it does not have an age, a birth or a death, nor an inside or an outside. Now to one who is bound into only understanding through mind and concepts, this may seem very abstract and perhaps even inconceivable, and for which it probably should, that is if one is trying to understand it merely through the mind.
So at some point if one really wants to understand this ‘wholeness’ on a deeper level, one must be willing to let go of trying to understand with the mind and intellect. The mind certainly has it’s uses and it’s place, though it’s place is not here. To let go of the mind is to let go of all ideas of self, of world, of anything and everything... even letting go of the idea of a someone who is letting go. Then perhaps this ‘wholeness’ that is being spoken of can then be more clearly revealed and more clearly known and understood, not as a concept, though rather as one’s essential nature... experiencing everything and no-thing simultaneously as Self. Again, not for the mind to understand. Words can be useful in pointing, though what they are pointing to is too full to be contained or understood within a mere concept, rather it is in the very juiciness and reality of existence Itself that it is to be known, and in this, knowing and Being are One.

"In the fight, or in the Light?..."
The 'doer' cannot undo the sense of doership (ego)... only in the clear light of Being can the sense of the 'doer' be clearly seen and in this it is spontaneously dissolved. The life expression still may continue, though now there is no sense of a little 'doer' behind it.

Awakening
Who is waking up?... there is no one there. The Infinite ever-Is.
If there is anything that we might call awakening, it is this.

Flow of the Infinite
Quite a dance... while at the same time... no dance... the Infinite is ever-Here, ever-whole, ever-fulfilled. A natural appreciation of the whole of it, seeing what is, simply for what it is...

The Infinite Heart
All dances in and as the Heart. At one point, one feels as if one is following the Heart, and at another point one simply abides as the Infinite Heart... no time, no space. Attention can simultaneously focus upon 'thought and sensory input' and also not lose connection with wholeness, the Heart... as ultimately they are of the same essence. What we call 'mind' is seen as an expression in and of the Heart, of Infinite wholeness. All is That... and That is this, and this is Here.

Wuji / Taiji
Wuji is the essential root and essence. Without the root there is no tree, no expression. From the perspective of Wuji, essence and expression are One. Expression can not exist without essence, the ground of Being, though the ground of Being is always present whether expression is happening or not. The expression (Taiji) happens as a wave, a dance of dualities, on infinite levels, from the infinitesimally small to the infinitesimally large... always in and as the infinite and timeless wholeness that is.

Bhoga vs. Yoga
Bhoga is enjoyment and pleasure derived through the body and senses which is by nature temporary and fleeting. With bhoga as one's primary goal one continues the cycle of karma, and therefore further perpetuates the cycle of birth and death.
Yoga is union with the Self / Consciousness / Spirit (call It what you may) that is both pervading the bodily form and senses, their source and support, and is at the same time transcendent of them. Instead of seeking for lasting fulfillment through and in the senses, the yogi discovers that lasting joy and fulfillment naturally arise through devotion to the unbounded Self / Spirit within and pervading all.
Raga is attachment to that which is pleasant to the senses. Dvesha is aversion to that which is unpleasant to the senses. To one whose primary focus is bhoga, raga and dvesha rule and one lives in continual bondage to them. Though for the one whose primary focus is yoga, raga and dvesha no longer rule and one comes into Their own true power, allowing this human life and expression to happen naturally in a greater freedom and wholeness, fulfilled in and as the Self.

The Way of the Yogi
Regardless, there will always be ones that criticize and ones that praise, ones that complain and ones that appreciate, and so on... this is the nature of the dualistic mind. Whether it be your mind or another's, don't mind the mind, it will do what it does. Whether it is praise or blame, remain unmoved, seated and established in the non-dual center, present in the hearts of all.

Rainbow World
Rainbow world... I AM HERE.
Rainbow world... Glimmering and shining in all it's splendor... I AM HERE.
Rainbow world... Nothing to grasp or hold onto... I AM HERE.
Rainbow world, rainbow body, rainbow mind... All arising, sustained, and dissolving in the infinite and formless sky... I AM HERE.
Rainbow world has come and gone...
I AM HERE.

Surrender
Let go of all ideas about the world... Let go of all ideas about oneself... Even let go of the idea of someone who is letting go.

Impermanence
Coming and going...
Coming and going...
Everything is coming and going.
Rest fully as That which is not coming and going.
Everything is still coming and going, though now you do not mistake your Self to be coming and going. Everything (thoughts, emotions, sensations, breath, body, and all experience) arises and passes away in Your Presence, and in Your Infinite Being. You are present in the hearts of all, and all is present in You.

Yoga
It is not just what is done that matters. What matters more is the quality of attention and awareness that is brought to the activity at hand. When this attentiveness is unbroken one begins more and more to rest in and as this unbroken awareness, even in the midst of change and activity. From continued effort to sustain the attention in what is here, eventually comes a natural shift into an unbroken awareness and effortless presence beyond the mental fabric of time and space. Even as mind and senses continue to function in their natural expression and play, this effortless and unbounded awareness remains.

Science and Spirituality
Although breakthroughs in science can bring clarity and greater understanding to many things, science is not absolute or infallible. Science can only explore through the lens of mind and senses. What is beyond the reach of mind and senses science can never truly know, only hypothesize. This is where science ends and direct 'mystical / spiritual' experience begins. This is where the ego (mind / body / sensory identification) must be dropped in order to be able to open up to a more complete and wholistic seeing and knowing. This direct and total knowing of the Heart can only arise when one is resting deeply in and as the essential and infinite Being, having fully let go of all the conceptual limitations of the mind. Science and spirituality are complimentary and not at odds with one another, so long as we are able to appreciate the unique values, insights, and perspective that each presents, recognizing it is all a part of the greater whole. When the mind believes itself to be all-knowing, this is a state of forgetfulness of the reality of the Heart. And when the mind eventually tires of going 'out' through the senses in search of fulfillment and understanding, it turns within, eventually returning to it's source and support.
